Five Years of Warcraft III! - Nebu
In July 2002, Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos launched in multiple regions around the world and quickly became Blizzard's seventh #1 seller. Once the bulk of the reviews had been written, it was clear that Warcraft III had earned a spot as one of the highest rated PC games of all time, following in the footsteps of its seven-year-old predecessor in the series, 1995's Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness.

Combined with the Frozen Throne expansion set, Warcraft III remains a popular component of international competitive play, and thanks in large part to the efforts of an active mod community, there's a wide variety of new Warcraft III experiences to be had that go well beyond what comes in the box. We hope you'll take a few moments to check out our brief retrospective on Warcraft III and read through some of the reviews that were written about it back in 2002.

Spotlight Map: Zoator Survivor TD - Blaze
Zoator Survivor TD is a competitive single lane TD where you choose to represent 1 of 4 races, each with 4 different heroes. During each wave you have to kill as many of the creeps as you can with constructed towers before they leak into the south end of your lane. Each wave also spawns a boss creep. It is ok to let him get through, but if you kill him you get lumber. Lumber can be spent on offensive spells that disrupt and steal resources from other players, so don't pick on the weak guy - he can steal half your gold! In between waves, you have a hero in the area south of your lane, and you can use your hero to summon mobs for him to fight and earn more money by walking on the beacon. If you somehow manage to live for 40 waves, you will be crowned victorious. Check it out here!

Choose a hero and assist your units however you can. As your hero gains experience and levels, you will be able to choose extreme versions of your spells that are more powerful than the regular ones. But what ever you do, don't die without an ankh in your inventory, or your hero is gone and you must pick a new one. Check it out here!
